• Search for and discover local pizzerias in their area using location-based technology
• Browse detailed menus, pricing, and restaurant information
• Place orders for pizza delivery or pickup with real-time confirmation
• Customize orders with preferred toppings, crust selections, and special instructions
• Make secure payments online using various payment methods
• Track orders in real-time from preparation to delivery
• Rate and review pizzerias and their offerings
• Access order history and reorder favorite items
• Receive notifications about order status and promotional offers

We facilitate transactions between customers and independent pizzerias but do not directly prepare, handle, or deliver food. Each pizzeria is an independent business responsible for food preparation, quality, and delivery services.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use only one account per person and not share accounts with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Orders and Payments

Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order through our platform:

• You are making an offer to purchase from the selected pizzeria
• Orders are subject to acceptance by the pizzeria and availability of items
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
• All orders are subject to verification and acceptance

Payment Terms and Processing

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods as displayed on our platform. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, service charges, and tips.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Pricing and Fees

Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations may be possible before preparation begins, subject to pizzeria policies. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Delivery and Pickup Services

Delivery times provided are estimates based on historical data and current conditions. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including weather conditions, traffic, order volume, pizzeria preparation time, and delivery partner availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For pickup orders, you must arrive within the specified timeframe provided by the pizzeria. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be subject to cancellation, and refund policies will apply based on the circumstances.

Delivery areas are determined by individual pizzerias and may change based on weather, staffing, or other operational factors. We cannot guarantee delivery to all addresses within a general service area.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
